Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant front desk or concierge experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- proficiency with reservation and front-office software
- strong organizational abilities
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred)
- strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest-focused demeanor
- ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high-pressure moments
- comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
- basic proficiency with reservation systems and front-office software
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns
- monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm environment
- conduct property walkthroughs and report any maintenance or safety issues
- handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications
- maintain accurate records, logs, and daily reports
- support light administrative tasks and prepare materials for the team
- ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
- collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed
