We are currently seeking engaging, energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team as Part-time/Weekend Concierge Ambassadors. This position plays a critical role in representing Stratton Amenities and the luxury high-rise residential communities we support. The Concierge Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a seamless, pleasant experience for all. The role demands a passionate individual who is dedicated to offering outstanding guest service and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This part-time position requires weekend and holiday availability, making it ideal for candidates who seek flexible scheduling options while contributing to a high-end living environment. The Concierge Ambassador will greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism and a warm, courteous demeanor. Responsibilities include monitoring security measures, managing package deliveries, coordinating with vendors, and proactively addressing residents' needs. Candidates must be organized, self-motivated, and capable of making quick, clear decisions under pressure, all while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

In addition to delivering exemplary customer service, the Concierge Ambassador will act as a liaison between residents and building management, fostering strong, positive relationships that enhance the community's overall quality of life. Job Requirements

  • Weekend and holiday availability

  • At least two years of hospitality experience
  • Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
  • Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
  • Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
  • Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of hospitality experience
  • Experience in hospitality or upscale customer service or retail
  • Exceptional guest service abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to listen and react quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests in a genuine manner
  • Organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to make concise decisions under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
  • Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations
  • Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
  • Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
  • Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
  • Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
  • Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
