Stratton Amenities is currently seeking a Part-time Concierge Ambassador who embodies the spirit of hospitality and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is designed for engaging, energetic, and friendly professionals with a natural inclination toward outstanding service delivery. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact directly with residents and guests, ensuring that all experiences at the property are seamless, pleasant, and memorable. The Concierge Ambassador plays a critical role in maintaining the high standard of luxury service that Stratton Amenities is known for by providing front-desk support that includes greeting visitors, managing requests, overseeing package deliveries, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
This position demands weekend and holiday availability, highlighting the need for flexible scheduling to meet the dynamic needs of luxury residential properties. Job Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability
- at least two years of hospitality experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent problem-solving skills
- take pride and ownership in the position and property
- ability to listen and react quickly to residents' and guests' requests in a genuine manner
- possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
- possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- have excellent problem-solving skills
- demonstrate amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
- be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
- maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance

Job Duties
- Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
- exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations
- cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
- professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
- accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
- monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
- walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
- perform all other duties as assigned
- must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
