We are currently seeking a Front Desk Overnight Concierge to join our Tamarac team in a flexible, primarily overnight role from 11PM to 7AM. This position offers an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals skilled in administration, communication, and security within luxury residential settings. The Front Desk Overnight Concierge will serve as the frontline representative of the community during overnight hours, playing a vital role in ensuring resident safety, providing unparalleled customer service, and managing administrative duties critical to the smooth operation of the property.

The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling security operations such as monitoring the building through cameras and patrols, coordinating with property management, and enforcing community policies. Responsibilities include greeting and signing in residents, guests, and contractors, managing the receipt and release of packages and dry-cleaning, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating amenities for residents. This position demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products, and exceptional interpersonal communication to effectively address resident needs and emergencies that may arise during the overnight shift.

As part of Atlas Residential’s commitment to its staff, this role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21, approximately $41,500 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • Ability to carry packages weighing up to 40lbs
  • Ability to stand for majority of the shift
  • Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred
  • Previous experience as front desk staff member or security services is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet all residents, guests, and prospective residents as they enter the building
  • Sign in guests and contractors following proper protocols
  • Answer phones and transfer as needed
  • Receive, secure, and release all packages and dry-cleaning services
  • Supervise activity in the building through security cameras and patrols
  • Communicate and coordinate with property management
  • Record all notes and activity through shift logs
  • Enforce property rules, regulations, and policies, including non-smoking
  • Coordinate elevator service for move-ins and move-outs
  • Assist in the reservation of amenities
  • Provide third party referrals, such as pet service, house cleaning, dry cleaning, etc.
  • Call emergency services as necessary
