The role involves greeting and assisting residents and visitors, managing communications, coordinating amenities, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Beyond routine front desk duties, the concierge floater is entrusted with activities such as logging and managing packages, scheduling local transportation, making dining reservations, arranging pet walking, dry-cleaning services, event planning, grocery deliveries, and supporting move-in processes.
