We are currently seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This pivotal role is the frontline ambassador for our residents and visitors, responsible for managing front desk operations and cultivating a strong first impression through exceptional service. The Front Desk Concierge will ensure that the lobby area reflects our high service standards by maintaining a consistent, professional, and warmly welcoming presence. The individual will handle a variety of tasks including managing visitor access, coordinating package handling, responding to resident inquiries, and collaborating with property management and onsite teams to enhance the overall living experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong communication skills to efficiently address requests and resolve issues while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills including email and property management systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Prior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet all residents and guests promptly using proper eye contact, posture, and tone
- Manage front desk operations including visitor access, package handling, and resident requests
- Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures
- Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests
- Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk presence at all times
- Monitor for any issues or irregularities and report to management as required
