The role involves managing numerous responsibilities such as processing mail and packages, handling inquiries, coordinating reservations and transportation, and facilitating community-specific services like housekeeping or pet care. Concierges are trusted to maintain security protocols by monitoring access and surveillance systems and to respond promptly to any concerns or emergencies.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22 to $24, reflecting the specialized skills and dedication required to support an upscale residential community. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year experience in luxury hospitality or property management preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to work independently with discretion
  • team player mindset
  • ability to type at least 30 words per minute

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired
  • fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus
  • minimum of one year experience in high-end or luxury hospitality or property management preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve
  • warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property
  • maintains an active presence at the front desk
  • monitors and announces visitors and controls access to the property
  • reviews access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity according to front desk procedures
  • handles all concierge duties with enthusiasm including processing incoming mail and outgoing packages
  • answers questions, makes recommendations, and arranges transportation, restaurant reservations, personal shopping, health and beauty services, and cultural events
  • travel and meeting planning
  • delivers dry cleaning
  • coordinates housekeeping or other community-specific services such as dog walking
  • possesses an in-depth knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and special services
  • maintains familiarity of all community amenities and activities and provides directions
  • adheres to all front desk procedures including completing daily activity reports and incident reports for management
  • responds to emergency situations
  • follows company standards for resident and guest services
  • undertakes administrative tasks related to the front desk and back-of-house operations
  • ensures resident and guest concerns are resolved professionally and promptly
  • reports any dissatisfaction
  • maintains a professional demeanor and polished appearance
  • assists in the training of concierge staff
  • follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
  • performs other job-related duties as directed
