Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, salon, spa, or wellness environments preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable learning appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in a luxury salon, spa, boutique, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
- Interest in beauty, wellness, skincare, and luxury retail preferred
- Experience with retail sales and client relationship building preferred
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and exceeding client expectations preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome clients warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
- Offer and serve beverages and refreshments to clients throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and retail environment
- Open and close the boutique according to established procedures
- Restock retail, treatment, and salon supplies as needed
- Support nail technicians and other service providers in delivering exceptional client care
- Assist with preparing service areas and ensuring treatment spaces are guest-ready
- Process client payments, gift card transactions, and retail purchases
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with booking services
- Educate clients on services, promotions, and products when appropriate
- Help maintain inventory organization and receive incoming product shipments
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
