The Concierge position at Havenwood of Richfield is a part-time role designed for professionals passionate about hospitality and senior engagement. As a Concierge, you will handle a variety of daily tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the community and the comfort of its residents. Your responsibilities include providing telephone coverage, resolving issues for residents and visitors ensuring positive outcomes, documenting and notifying residents about package deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders as necessary, and assisting the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments.
