We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team on a schedule that includes every other weekend. This hospitality-focused role serves as the first point of contact and key representative of our community. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a professional and courteous manner. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to address issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include providing consistent telephone coverage, resolving concerns to ensure both organizational standards and individual satisfaction, managing delivery packages, preparing maintenance work orders, and supporting administrative projects as directed. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and senior engagement, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of others. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • reliable and professional demeanor
  • availability to work every other weekend

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • excellent telephone communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives and individual satisfaction
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify residents
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
