We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join our hospitality-focused team. This role is pivotal in creating an excellent first impression, as the Concierge is the first face residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers see when they visit our community. The Concierge is responsible for greeting everyone warmly and professionally, fostering an inviting and friendly atmosphere that supports the overall mission of Havenwood of Richfield.

The position includes work every other weekend and offers the flexibility suitable for those seeking part-time employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing telephone coverage, resolving issues effectively to meet both organizational objectives and individual satisfaction, and managing deliveries and maintenance requests. The Concierge also assists the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments, contributing to the smooth operation of the community.
