Job Description

The Village at The Triangle is a distinguished senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and specialized Memory Care services. Located in a welcoming and supportive environment, The Village at The Triangle prides itself on providing exceptional care and a vibrant community atmosphere for seniors and their families. The community's mission is to ensure that all residents experience dignity, comfort, and joy in their daily lives while promoting independence and social engagement. The Village at The Triangle's commitment to high-quality service makes it a preferred choice for seniors seeking a compassionate and enriching living environment.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Concierge/Front Desk Associates to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis primarily to cover relief shifts. This role plays a critical part in shaping the first impression of our community for residents, their families, guests, and visitors. With a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, the position requires availability for weekends and holidays to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment at all times.

As the Concierge/Front Desk Associate, you will be positioned at the heart of our community, greeting all who enter with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. This role involves monitoring all incoming public traffic, quickly responding to inquiries, and assisting where needed. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public spaces, which contributes directly to the positive ambiance and safety of the community environment. By working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will provide key support in managing inquiries that help prospective residents and their families feel confident and cared for from the outset.

Additional critical functions include operating our paging and telephone systems, handling calls with sensitivity and efficiency, as well as assisting with maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution of resident concerns. This position also requires vigilant emergency monitoring, including fire alarms and security systems, with adherence to established safety protocols.

The Concierge/Front Desk Associate serves as a vital member of the community's emergency response team, requiring a high level of awareness, good judgment, and the ability to act decisively during urgent situations. This role is integral not only in day-to-day operations but also in maintaining the security and well-being of residents and staff.

Candidates must be able to work in various environments, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical tasks such as climbing stairs or ladders as needed. Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company hygiene policies are essential elements of the role.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about excellent customer service, enjoy engaging with a diverse community, and are motivated by the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Join us at The Village at The Triangle and help us foster a community where every resident feels valued and supported.
