We are currently seeking a professional, service-oriented Front Desk Agent / Concierge for full-time or part-time employment to support our high-end residential portfolio in Atlanta. This role is integral to maintaining the polished front desk environment and is often the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. The Front Desk Agent / Concierge at Stratton Amenities serves as a key ambassador for the properties we represent, ensuring that every interaction reflects our company’s commitment to superior hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in hospitality, customer service, or luxury retail and demonstrates a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments. The Front Desk Agent / Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and visitors warmly, managing front desk operations with professionalism, and ensuring the lobby maintains a consistently high standard of appearance and functionality. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs, reinforcing the company’s dedication to seamless service coverage.
In addition to frontline duties, this position includes monitoring lobby activity and surveillance to promote safety and security, accurately logging and distributing resident packages, coordinating with vendors and management, and completing administrative reports and logs. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, customer service, or luxury retail
- professional appearance and grooming standards
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner
- maintain front desk operations and ensure a consistently polished lobby environment
- provide high-quality customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests
- answer and route phone calls using professional telephone etiquette
- accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
- monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support safety and security
- conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met
- coordinate professionally with vendors, contractors, and on-site management
- complete daily logs, reports, and other assigned administrative tasks
- perform additional duties as assigned by property management or Stratton leadership
