The role of Front Desk Concierge at Velour Medical is a vital full-time, in-person position that serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting our facility. This position requires someone who is personable, highly organized, and adept at managing a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and welcoming front-of-house atmosphere. The Front Desk Concierge will be responsible for greeting and checking in clients promptly, providing light hospitality to ensure a comfortable experience, and maintaining the neatness and organization of the lobby and restroom areas throughout the day.
In addition to these client-facing tasks, the role involves managing client information and consents within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to support appointment flow and accuracy. The Concierge will add or adjust same-day appointments as necessary and schedule follow-up appointments at checkout, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction. This non-clinical role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy engaging with people while keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or client service roles preferred
- Ability to operate computer systems and scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and approachability
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work onsite in New York, NY
Job Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume front desk, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence
- Comfortable using technology including iPads, scheduling systems, CRM/EHR platforms such as DrChrono
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and check in clients upon arrival
- Provide light hospitality and ensure a comfortable, welcoming experience for all clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and restroom throughout the day
- Ensure all required client information and consent forms are completed in the EHR system
- Add or adjust same-day appointments as needed
- Schedule follow-up appointments at checkout
