Job Requirements

- Prior front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to use computers and telephones
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic systems
- Ability to remain composed and attentive throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Manage building access, visitor logs, and resident notifications
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a clear and courteous manner
- Accept and log packages, deliveries, and service requests accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled front desk area
- Monitor lobby activity and report any concerns or incidents appropriately
- Follow property-specific procedures and Stratton service standards at all times
- Coordinate with property management and on-site staff as needed
