As a part of our commitment to excellence, we continuously seek talented and caring individuals who share our passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and supporting their unique needs in a compassionate way. We operate as a professional assisted living facility that values respect, dignity, and personalization of care. Our team members play a vital role in ensuring that residents feel safe, respected, and part of a caring community.
We are currently hiring part-time Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates who will be the welcoming face of our community, working weekends from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including holiday availability. The hourly pay rate for this position is $14.00. This multifaceted role involves greeting residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees with a courteous and warm demeanor while monitoring security and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all public and common areas. You will provide essential support to our sales and marketing teams by managing inquiries, assist with maintenance orders and scheduling interviews, and act as an active member of our emergency response team. Your responsibilities will also include operating telephone and paging systems, responding promptly to resident and visitor needs, and monitoring emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. Additionally, physical activities such as lifting up to 40 pounds and working in various environments and conditions are part of the job requirements. If you are a professional, friendly individual with a dedicated approach to customer service and safety, we encourage you to apply and join our community to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and guests.
