The role of Front Desk Concierge at Regency Oaks is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, visitors, staff, and vendors. This role involves managing incoming communications with courtesy and professionalism, facilitating smooth operations through clerical support, and ensuring security and hospitality standards are met consistently. With hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in a supportive work environment, the position provides a competitive wage starting at $15.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately
  • Successful completion of background screening through AHCA
  • Ability to greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
  • Availability to work full-time from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Commitment to uphold company standards of hospitality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
  • Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
  • Background screening through AHCA

Job Duties

  • Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage
  • Distribute packages, business mail and magazines
  • Maintain visitor sign-in logs
  • Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board where applicable
  • Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents
  • Receive all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner, inform, guide, direct or otherwise assist residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially
  • PRN - on-call
