Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work holidays and weekends
- ability to work flexible shifts including 8am to 4pm and 4pm to 8pm
- strong communication skills
- basic computer proficiency
- customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a reception or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- collates brochures for the marketing department
- prepares meal tickets for team members and family members
- tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- updates the Resident Phone List and Email List
- updates Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- manages appointments for residents and family members such as hair dresser and transportation
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Heads
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
