Arizona Athletic Grounds (AAG) is recognized as one of the largest youth-oriented sports facilities in the United States, hosting millions of visitors annually. The center boasts extensive athletic programming and a broad array of special events, establishing itself as a cornerstone for youth sports and community engagement. AAG's expansive campus includes a 2,500+ seat outdoor stadium, 24 multi-purpose fields, 62 indoor and beach volleyball courts, 41 pickleball courts, eight baseball and softball diamonds, as well as 16 basketball courts among other amenities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED
- Valid driver's license required for golf cart and other equipment use
- Must be able to tolerate moderate to loud noise levels and busy environments
- May work in high/low temperature climates inside or outside at events at AAG
- Sitting, walking, standing for periods of time, reaching, kneeling, and bending
- Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 5-20 lbs
- Hours of work may vary from 6:00a/7:30a to 2:00-2:30p Mon through Fri, and may vary based on business needs

- Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly
- Outlook, Excel, Slack, Canva experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, clients, and visitors entering the facility
- Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven guest experience with a welcoming and professional presence
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, credentialing, and access control
- Provide accurate information and directions regarding events, amenities, schedules, and facility services
- Coordinate with internal departments (Security, Operations, Event Services) to ensure seamless guest flow and issue resolution
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with urgency, professionalism, and discretion
- Monitor lobby activity to ensure a safe, secure, and organized environment
- Support VIP guests, clients, and partners with elevated service and personalized attention
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and front desk areas to brand and operational standards
- Proactive approach to policy enforcement (e.g. no food & beverage, no pets, no chairs)
- Photograph, log and record all lost and found items
- Maintain high standards for an organized work area and appearance
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance the overall experience
- Using Excel & Canva to finalize daily court/field schedules
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
