This role is critical in representing the welcoming face of our practice, directly influencing each patient's first and lasting impression. The Front Desk Concierge will be responsible for greeting patients warmly and professionally, managing appointments and communications, maintaining records, and supporting efficient office operations. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
