Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- professional demeanor and attention to detail
- ability to remain calm, courteous, and effective under pressure
- strong sense of ownership and accountability
- ability to listen actively and respond promptly to resident and guest needs
- minimum of two years of hospitality, customer service, or upscale residential experience preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- neat, polished, and professional appearance
- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
- previous experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or upscale customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner
- serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during assigned shifts
- deliver an elevated resident and guest experience through attentive and anticipatory service
- answer phones, manage messages, and maintain professional telephone etiquette
- accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
- monitor lobby activity and security cameras as required
- conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- assist residents with amenity requests, local recommendations, and service coordination
- build positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and property staff
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
