Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • ability to remain calm, courteous, and effective under pressure
  • strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • ability to listen actively and respond promptly to resident and guest needs
  • minimum of two years of hospitality, customer service, or upscale residential experience preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • neat, polished, and professional appearance
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or upscale customer service preferred
  • demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-level service

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during assigned shifts
  • deliver an elevated resident and guest experience through attentive and anticipatory service
  • answer phones, manage messages, and maintain professional telephone etiquette
  • accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries
  • monitor lobby activity and security cameras as required
  • conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • assist residents with amenity requests, local recommendations, and service coordination
  • build positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and property staff
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
