Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and POS software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly and effectively manage guest concerns timely and satisfactorily
  • Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs
  • Communicate guest comments and concerns to relevant departments and management
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
  • Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
