Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of relevant cash handling experience
- One or more years of relevant face-to-face guest service experience
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to handle cash and perform transaction balancing
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and security
- Basic computer literacy and reservation system knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of prior cash handling experience
- At least 1 year of relevant face-to-face guest service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in reservation software
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service and anticipating guest needs
- Deliver a seamless and professional experience managing property arrivals, departures, walk-ins, and all guest check-ins and check-outs
- Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations and promoting M life enrollment and benefits
- Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
- Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and balance cash transactions according to property procedures
- Control and issue keys while promoting security, privacy, and confidentiality
- Provide a relaxing and hassle-free experience from start to finish
