Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to remain awake and alert during assigned shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in security or front desk operations preferred

- knowledge of safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain ongoing professional relationships in all clients (note confidentiality and professional guidelines requirements)
- provide security and safety of the facility and shelter
- screen all visitors from the intercom before entering the facility
- know and enforce all facility rules, guidelines
- maintain all program materials in an appropriate manner
- attend all staff meetings as assigned
- must always remain awake while on the job for the safety and security of the clients and staff
- log pertinent information in a timely manner
- regular and punctual attendance is required
- maintain janitorial duties including maintaining front office area and garbage duties
- perform basic data entry with special attention to detail
- provide administrative and program support to case management staff
