- previous front desk clerk experience preferred
- experience processing credit/debit card transactions preferred
Job Duties
- Check-in and out owners and guest
- respond to guests requests
- assist guests with reservations or changes
- generate invoices and collect payments
- maintain safety deposit boxes
- receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
- work as a team with co-workers to complete checklists and daily duties
- prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
- perform other duties as requested by your leader
