Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and cover short-notice schedule changes
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift with or without accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient English language and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice to meet business demands
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties
  • Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Minimum six months customer service experience
  • Previous front desk or guest services agent experience is an advantage
  • Experience with credit card transactions is beneficial
  • Previous resort hospitality or related industry experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Check in and out owners and guests
  • Greeting guests and providing them with superb customer service
  • Respond to guests’ requests
  • Assist guests with reservations or changes
  • Generate invoices and collect payments
  • Maintain safety deposit boxes
  • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
  • Work as a team with co-workers to complete check lists and daily duties
  • Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
  • Answer all guest questions and incoming calls
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages
  • Distribute and receive office correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage room relocation
  • Handle emergency situations
  • Assist guests with disabilities
  • Train and support night audit duties as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested by your leader
