Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of customer service experience
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and cover short-notice schedule changes
- Capability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift with or without accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Proficient English language and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice to meet business demands
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties
- Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodations
- Minimum six months customer service experience
- Previous front desk or guest services agent experience is an advantage
- Experience with credit card transactions is beneficial
- Previous resort hospitality or related industry experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Check in and out owners and guests
- Greeting guests and providing them with superb customer service
- Respond to guests’ requests
- Assist guests with reservations or changes
- Generate invoices and collect payments
- Maintain safety deposit boxes
- Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
- Work as a team with co-workers to complete check lists and daily duties
- Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
- Answer all guest questions and incoming calls
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages
- Distribute and receive office correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage room relocation
- Handle emergency situations
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Train and support night audit duties as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by your leader
