Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • ability to follow company safety and security policies
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • availability for evening shifts
  • commitment to high standards of guest service and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • no prior related work experience required
  • no supervisory experience required
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds
  • professional and clean personal appearance
  • familiarity with basic computer systems for reporting and cashier functions

Job Duties

  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys
  • process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • process guest check-outs and resolve any late or disputed charges
  • answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in
  • communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell or valet staff as needed
  • run daily reports including arrivals and departures, identify special requests, complete cashier and closing reports, and balance receipts according to accounting specifications
