Joining EDEN as a Full-Time Front Desk Clerk in Cleveland means becoming the welcoming face of a vibrant and mission-driven organization. Working Monday through Friday, you will actively contribute to EDEN's customer-centric approach by providing warm greetings, answering inquiries, and directing clients to pertinent services. Your role is integral to maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere at the front desk, where first impressions matter.

In this position, you will handle the administrative backbone of the front office, performing duties such as managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. You will ensure that the front desk area remains organized and inviting, supporting the operational efficiency of EDEN's daily activities.
