Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone or in person
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele and team members
- Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with administrative procedures
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and data entry protocols
- Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Experience with office management tools such as calendar management software or scheduling platforms is advantageous
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties, bookkeeping, or personal assistant experience can be a plus for versatile support roles
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure information integrity
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office financial processes
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times
