Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in office or clerical roles preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
- attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred
Job Qualifications
