Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • Willingness to learn hotel policies, safety and emergency procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest services role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and payments accurately
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service principles
  • Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
  • Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs such as travel programs and special offers
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
  • Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
