- Proficient English language
- ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing tasks to meet organizational goals and business needs
- 6 months customer service experience
- open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Job Duties
- Greets guests and owners on arrival
- check in/out guests
- generates folio and collects payments
- receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel
- prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information
- answering phones and directing calls
- other duties as assigned
