We are excited to offer an opening for a Front Desk Agent to join our team during the second shift, covering afternoon to evening hours. This position is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Starting at $15 per hour, this role involves direct interaction with guests, from welcoming them during check-in and check-out processes to assisting with reservations and addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout their stay. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first and last impression for all guests.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive and guest-focused attitude, demonstrating dependability and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. You will be the face of the hotel in many respects, responsible for managing guest requests with professionalism and timely coordination with other departments such as housekeeping.
