As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk at Concord Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role as the central point of guest interaction, responsible for creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Your role involves adopting a proactive, responsive, and caring approach to ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay. Handling guest mail and messages with discretion and professionalism is also a key aspect of your responsibilities. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
