The company embraces an "Associate First" philosophy, investing heavily in the training and development of its team members to promote growth, balance, and diversity within the workforce. This dedication to both guests and associates has earned Concord Hospitality a reputation as a great place to work and a trusted name in hospitality management.

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk at Concord Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role as the central point of guest interaction, responsible for creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Your role involves adopting a proactive, responsive, and caring approach to ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with others, possess a winning personality, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times, maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Handling guest mail and messages with discretion and professionalism is also a key aspect of your responsibilities. Staying knowledgeable about the hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers allows you to provide informed assistance and promote hotel services effectively.

Communication is central to your duties, as you will relay guest feedback to various departments and management to continually enhance the guest experience. You will respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance, while maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel safety and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff alike.

This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, allowing the hotel to provide seamless service around the clock. Concord Hospitality values its associates and offers competitive wages, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and short/long-term disability options. Additionally, you will have access to a 401(k) program with company match, tuition assistance, and discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels. Training, development, and clear career advancement opportunities are also provided, supporting your professional growth within the hospitality industry.

By joining Concord Hospitality, you become part of a team that celebrates collaboration, integrity, and community spirit. You will experience working in an environment that respects diversity and inclusion, making it a great place to build a fulfilling and rewarding career in hospitality. Concord Hospitality is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a welcoming workplace for all individuals, emphasizing not only guest satisfaction but also associate success and well-being.
