In addition to handling phone calls and managing appointments, the Front Desk Clerk supports various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and assisting with event coordination and meeting logistics. The role also demands discretion when handling confidential information and a responsive attitude toward general inquiries, whether they come in person, via phone, or email. This multifaceted position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a customer-focused mindset.

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess one to three years of experience in receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, and familiarity with scheduling software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, and phone systems is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and maintain a professional appearance.

The work setting is in person, where the Front Desk Clerk will actively interact with visitors and staff, ensuring smooth and pleasant experiences. Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and staff professionally
  • Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage Salesforce appointment scheduling
  • Manage Outlook Calendar coordination
  • Check in guests and notify appropriate staff of arrivals
  • Maintain front desk appearance and reception area organization
  • Respond to general inquiries in person by phone and email
  • Sort and distribute mail packages and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with filing data entry document preparation and administrative support
