Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and patients warmly and professionally
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and assist with appointment management
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns promptly
  • Assist with managing client check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and the team
