Job Duties
- Greet visitors and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and assist with appointment management
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns promptly
- Assist with managing client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and the team
