Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry logs, and records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
