  • flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice
  • anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts customers
  • builds confidence in self and others with honest and diligent interactions

  • cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Check in and out owners and guests
  • respond to guests' requests
  • assist guests with reservations or changes
  • generate invoices and collect payments
  • maintain safety deposit boxes
  • receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
  • work as a team with co-workers to complete checklists and daily duties
  • prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
  • perform other duties as requested by leaders
