Currently, ELS is enhancing its team in Cape Coral, Florida, by hiring a Front Desk Clerk. This pivotal role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the property. Front Desk Clerks at ELS serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, embodying the brand’s commitment to excellence. They are responsible for facilitating a welcoming environment, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate and timely information. The Front Desk Clerk will manage various administrative tasks, including processing payments and deposits, running reports, and submitting maintenance requests to maintain office efficiency. Job Duties

  • Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone
  • Process payments and deposits
  • Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency
  • Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly
