The BXG Solara Surfside Resort Club, part of Hilton Grand Vacations, is looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Clerk to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring each interaction with owners and guests is positive, warm, and memorable from the moment they arrive until their departure. The Front Desk Clerk plays a central role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and assisting guests with various requests, including reservations and changes. This position demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively. Working collaboratively with team members, the Front Desk Clerk helps maintain operational excellence by managing safety deposit boxes, responding to housekeeping and maintenance requests, restocking supplies, and handling payment transactions and invoicing.

Job Duties
- Check in and out owners and guests
- Respond to guests requests
- Assist guests with reservations or changes
- Generate invoices and collect payments
- Maintain safety deposit boxes
- Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact accurate departmental personnel
- Work as a team with co-workers to complete checklists and daily duties
- Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership
