- Experience as a front desk/guest services agent preferred
- Experience with cash/credit card transactions preferred
- Background in resort hospitality or related industries preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and owners on arrival
- Checking in/out guests
- Generating folios and collecting payments
- Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting appropriate departmental personnel
- Preparing and consistently restocking the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Performing other duties as assigned
