As a Front Desk Clerk here, you will become an integral member of this vibrant team recognized for its hospitality excellence. The Front Desk Clerk role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service at the resort. Your responsibilities will involve greeting guests and owners warmly upon arrival, managing efficient check-in and check-out processes, and handling billing procedures including generating folios and collecting payments. An essential part of this position is coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests by effectively communicating with the relevant departmental personnel, thereby ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining the front desk area, including restocking supplies and preparing arrival packets and informative materials. Effective communication skills are crucial as answering phones and directing calls are integral parts of the daily duties. The role also calls for flexibility, as other duties may be assigned to support the hotel's operational needs.

  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
