Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience operating telephone switchboard and office equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Capability to work regular business hours with flexibility for overtime
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with billing software preferred
- Demonstrated safety first attitude and adherence to safety procedures
Job Duties
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer calls, screen or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public
- File and maintain records
- Receive payment and record receipts for services
- Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing information, or operating office machinery
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
- Provide information about the establishment including location of departments, offices, employees, and services
- Keep an updated record of staff members' whereabouts and availability
