Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must obtain ABC Servers Permit prior to employment
- Ability to work daytime hours without late-night shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or bartending preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle money and sensitive information responsibly
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to adapt to different social situations
- Familiarity with salon or bar appointment systems is a plus
- Must obtain ABC Servers Permit for serving alcohol
Job Duties
- Greet customers and make them feel comfortable
- Whip up craft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create, edit, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Maintain an efficient schedule to maximize barbers and stylists' time
- Notify grooming staff when clients arrive
- Check out clients after appointments
- Communicate with grooming staff about client issues and alert leadership if necessary
- Monitor appointment timeliness and adjust schedules as needed
- Book and manage client appointments
- Run the bar during non-peak times when no bartender is scheduled
- Create new client profiles
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Assist with membership questions and setup
- Take detailed notes in client profiles
- Handle issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Check out product purchases
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
