Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety and Health Institute required prior to start date
  • Ability to work on-call/substitute schedule
  • No weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and check them in
  • Provide program information and assistance
  • Handle membership inquiries and registrations
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and participant satisfaction
  • Maintain the front desk area and manage administrative tasks
  • Support fitness team operations as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff
