We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Associates to join our COPA Team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that every member and guest receives a seamless and positive experience from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, Front Desk Associates are responsible for managing check-in and check-out procedures, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting membership activities with professionalism and warmth.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy working as part of a team, and are eager to contribute to a growing organization. The Front Desk Associate will also have opportunities to promote COPA’s products and services, including assisting with membership sign-ups and upselling relevant offerings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized Front Desk and Pro Shop area, operating POS systems, and providing exceptional service that reinforces the positive image and strong brand presence of COPA.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. - maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area and Pro Shop
- process transactions using the POS system
