Job Duties

  • Ensures guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted
  • Ensures incoming calls are answered professionally and efficiently
  • Follows proper member check-in procedures
  • Responds to member questions, requests and concerns, escalating to management if unresolved
  • Maintains maintenance logs, fitness profiles, telephone inquiries and group fitness reservations
  • Reports unsafe conditions or emergencies to management immediately
  • Keeps front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times
  • Monitors retail goals and ensures club meets assigned goals
  • Calls past due members regarding late dues and down payments
  • Collaborates with maintenance and janitorial staff to address cleanliness and maintenance issues
