The available part-time Front Desk Attendant position at The Rambler Hotel calls for an energetic, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As a frontline team member, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and any inquiries they have about the local area. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with at least one year of experience in hotels, front desk operations, reservations, or auditing, who is passionate about providing exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities will include utilizing hotel management systems to efficiently handle guest transactions, answering phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor, and sharing your local knowledge about San Diego and Chula Vista’s best spots—from food to outdoor activities. You will contribute to creating a smooth and enjoyable visit for every guest by managing requests and working collaboratively with other team members to maintain a friendly lobby atmosphere. Flexible scheduling is necessary, with availability required for at least two days during the off-season and three days during the busy season, including some evening shifts.
