We are currently seeking Front Desk Associates for our Coral Gables location. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of member experience that define Equinox. Front Desk Associates act as the first point of contact, greeting members and guests with professionalism and warmth, setting the tone for their visit. Responsibilities include providing world-class customer service, scanning membership IDs, managing phone inquiries, updating member accounts, and ensuring the lobby area is welcoming and orderly. The role requires availability to work opening shifts, contributing to smooth daily operations.
