Front Desk Associate/Marketing Concierge

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the exceptional customer experience The Lash Lounge is known for. The position starts with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours and transitioning into a full-time role. Work hours include morning shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, evening shifts from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and overlap shifts from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with availability required on weekends, Sundays, and Wednesday nights. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for welcoming clients, facilitating membership sales—which offer significant savings to guests—as well as retail product sales and booking appointments. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive and fluid work environment by partnering closely with lash artists and salon staff.
