This job opening is for a part-time Front Desk Associate position at The Lash Lounge, tailored for highly motivated, committed individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. Starting as a minimum 20-hours-per-week position, there is potential for this role to expand to full-time hours based on business needs and individual performance. The position requires availability during weekends, Sundays, and Wednesday evenings, with shifts scheduled in the morning (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM), evening (3:30 PM to 9:30 PM), and overlaps from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The Front Desk Associate plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience while also contributing to the salon's revenue goals through membership and retail product sales. Key responsibilities include greeting new clients, scheduling appointments by phone or in-person, following up on sales leads, and maintaining an organized, inviting salon environment.
